Dr Rambabu Pentyala basically is the son-of-the-soil, born and brought up from an Agrarian family; holds Masters Degrees in English Literature from Aacharya Naagarjuna University-Campus College, Business Management (with HR, MKTG and Sys. Mgmt-Dual Specialization) from University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University and Ph.D in Strategic Human Resource Management from Telangana University. He has 25+ years of industrial exposure from IT/ITES, EDUCATION, Luxury Brand, Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Project Management, Engineering Services and health care sectors. He is a SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT professional from AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR QUALITY (ASQ).

Conducting market research and business simulations to understand business-competitors’ perspectives; gauge their likely reactions to new initiatives/products and quite confident in predicting potential disruptive offerings. He is the focal point for organizational learning and promotes a culture of inquiry and search for the lessons to save the eco-system of the organization with techno-commercial background.
