We maintain mutually beneficial relationships with highly respected VENDORS that give quality material at a high standard. We treat our SUPPLIERS with respect and pay them quickly, so that we build long-term relationships with the best trades. We manage and coordinate our subcontractors with an eye towards efficiency and time savings. Our field supervisors and project managers ensure that the building process stays on track and that the trades we hire have the same attention to detail and safety that we require of our own personnel. We work with trade contractors to ensure that the project meets the level of quality required by local codes and is in full compliance with the project specifications and plans. Our trades know that we inspect and verify the installation and build at each stage, so they make sure that work is performed correctly.

PROJECT HANDOVER

Once the building is finished, we do a final walk-through of the building to ensure that everything is in order. Throughout the build process, we test all of the equipment and building systems to ensure that everything has been installed correctly and is functioning properly. The goal during the handover phase is to ensure that once the new owners are provided with the keys, they have a positive experience from day one.

OPEN BOOK POLICY

Many, if not most, general builders regard the financial details of a construction project as confidential – not APARAAJITA. We utilize a state-of-the art construction accounting program that tracks every detail, down to a single roll of insulation or box of nails, and we’re ready to share the information with clients at any point in the process. That’s just part of a whole philosophy that makes good, open communication – with clients, with architects and engineers, with subcontractors and with our own field crews – a top priority. We pride ourselves on being easily reachable by phone, cell phone or email, and by being responsive to changing needs and conditions. APARAAJITA’s “open book policy” is intended to validate our records management and general company integrity. Our organization grants owners full access to all construction documents from the inception of the project. We believe this policy of checks and balances improves cooperation and minimizes the possibility of error and misunderstanding.

BID PROPOSALS

We’ve made it easy for subcontractors to review plans and specifications. There is no cost for this service! Once you are set up on our Procore on-line plan room, you will begin receiving bid, addenda, and prequalification email notices based on your trade. Once you receive an email notification simply click on the “Download Package” button in the body of the email to download the entire bid package, or just click on the link of the attachment that you are receiving a notice about. It’s that simple.

MEDIA

Aparrajitha routinely works on projects of great importance to local communities. As such, we recognize the importance of providing accurate and timely information about planned and ongoing projects. We would be happy to discuss the potential impact of noise, dust and construction traffic related to any of our projects. We actively encourage and welcome inquiries from local media to visit and tour projects by appointment to gather information, footage and photos they can share with their audiences.
